• Hiring, training and overseeing staff • Develop and implement operational plans to organize and equip warehouses • Lead the team to support the project requirement on time. • Train users on SAP systems, Inventory and Purchasing Modules.

In an SAP Implementation Project, from the scratch, my role carried the following tasks: • System presentation to the potential clients • Client Business Process Analyzing • Blueprint preparation • Process Mapping • Client End User Training

• Lead a team of Planners to achieve the Planning KPIs in line with the business requirements. • Managing regularly MRP running to place on time purchase orders. • Develop guideline for supply and demand alignment decisions at S&OP meetings. • Conduct ABC/FMR analysis to decide on the optimal stocking policies. • Lead the continuous improvement projects to drive out inefficiencies from the supply chain. • Root Cause Analysis: Routinely conduct the RCA on material shortage to provide long term solution.
