Led acceptance testing for HMD/Nokia devices in the DACH region, covering operator, open market, and B2B needs. Managed planning, execution, UAT, regression, and self-certification for 5G SA/NSA, VoLTE, VoWiFi, eSIM, RCS, and more. Coordinated with operators, R&D, and test teams, handled issue management via logs, oversaw software/hardware deliveries, OS/security patch approvals, and ensured compliance with 3GPP, ISO 17025, and operator KPIs.

Worked on conformance testing of Vodafone devices from vendors like Samsung, Huawei, Nokia, Xiaomi, etc., covering 5G, VoLTE, LTE Data, CSFB, and VoWiFi. Analyzed radio signaling using QXDM, STT, ELT, XCAL, HiDS. Managed defects via Jira, coordinated with vendors for timely fixes, performed full/regression cycles, shared daily reports, and collaborated with the Test Manager to track schedules and action items.

Performed field testing with Apple, Hi-Silicon, MediaTek, and HMD across Europe and Delhi. Tested Apple Watch, cellular, Hi-Silicon KPIs, and MediaTek chipset. Executed GSM/GPRS/3G/4G/LTE/VoLTE/IMS tests, VoLTE–VoLTE, CSFB, UMTS, GSM, PSTN calls, SMS/MMS, VoWiFi registration/calls, HO scenarios, SRVCC LTE–UMTS/GSM. Managed Jira issues, shared daily reports, and ensured test coverage across devices and networks.
