-Installation and Commissioning of Chassis Dyno, Emission System, Suspension Parameters measuring machine(K&C), Steering Testing machines, Damper test rig and Elastomer test rig. -Tendering, Analyzing the Budget Estimation and available budget for finalizing tendering strategies. -Working as a Liaison officer and Integrator between Machinery & Equipment suppliers, civil contractors, Utility contractors & other Government Departments for project coordination, planning and scheduling.

• Benchmarking and creating 3D models, engine assemblies of new/modified engines to validate fitment and feasibility. • Cost Comparison for different arrangement of drive systems in both petrol & diesel. • Preparing BOQs, Finalizing the specification of newly added components, finding the expected suppliers for the newly replaced components and sending RFQ’s.

• Solving the RFQ’s & designing of regular suspension products like Coil Spring, Stabilizer bar, Torsion Bar. • To check the input data provided by customer, if it is insufficient then revert back to customer or make the standard assumption as per the industry regulations. • Calculate the stress value, principal stresses, torsion shear stress, spring rate, roll rate for the given constrains.
