Look after in-house recruitment of company up to middle level positions. To ensure timely availability of manpower as indented by various departments. Empanelment of new consultants. Assisting HR Manager in sourcing & screening resumes, scheduling & interviewing candidates, negotiations & issuing offer letter, making of salary fitment etc. Updating the HRMS & Incorporate the HRMS of new joinees. Handling the query related to salary & incentives at the Payroll help desk for first week of new month.
