• Providing legal opinion and advises as required by Chairman, Hospital Manager and questions raised by employees and Hospital departments.

• Handling 10 countries [GCC, Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan] where LG operates and intends to operate. • Responsible for all legal matters of the company as well as all legal activities in all company operations and across all managed subsidiaries to ensure compliance and alignment with legal guidelines and regulations.

• Preparing cases for litigation. • Drafting undertaking letters, settlement agreements, credit facility agreements, all types of letters of credit, bonds and guarantees and legal notices. • Preparing a record for all current legal cases of criminal actions, criminal cases and civil cases. • Preparing monthly/yearly reports for criminal/civil suits (sent/filed/released) cases.

•Sharing all legal ideas, command, orders, and instruction concerning Labor, employees and follow up all legal & commercial matters of the company. •Coordinate and harmonize with Dubai governmental advocate in Dubai internet city for all complains admitted from employee or legal matters and make sure to solve them friendly and peacefully. •Accomplished corporate lawyer, with expertise in company registration/licenses at UAE
