Setting up a new organization to support program and project management inside the Dutch Catharina Hospital and St. Anna Hospital. Both are merging and because of that a lot of new programs have been initiated to start this merger.

KEMBIT the company with which I do have a fulltime contract. All other jobs shown, are the projects which I performed while working for KEMBIT. KEMBIT is an IT-company providing, consultancy, ad-interim management, project management, service management, IT services, development of applications.

Manage the complete project for an IT Carve Out for InnoSyn as they are part of DSM and are starting to be an independ company. Managing the carve out of InnoSYn to move to a new infrastructure with their server, workplace, networks and applications, in order to support their complete infrastructure in this new environment.

The program for combining both ICT-infrastructure environments needs an official program management support organization which is not present yet. In this role, I set up all required activities to organize the whole consolidation program, like time management registrations, setting up dashboards, checking the project managers work, guiding project managers, setting up a document management system and keeping track of all program streams.

4+ is implementing a new ERP System (Syntona Logic) build by Allgeier GmbH (Germany, Bremen). My role is to coordinate all activities at the customer (4+) side. Defining key-users, create the customer planning, setting up the project plan, describing all processes (purchasing, sales, logistics, supplies, financials).

Lead the project to introduce a Microsoft Dynamics application (PSA+) in the company, by handling all resources, plan the project, take care of financials and communicating between supplier and customer.

Lead a staff of eight employees/contractors of executing the analysis of big migration project in which all business applications need to be analyzed, and migrated from Merzig, Germany to Utrecht, The Netherlands.

Service level manager who is responsible for maintaining the service level agreements between DSM and customers and to maintain contracts between DSM and suppliers.

ICT Consultant for the RISE Project: RWE Infrastructure for Essent. In this project the ESSENT infrastructure business applications needed to be migrated to RWE Germany.

Serving as a project manager to make sure that all running infrastructure services could be centralized. The focus was on services like File Services, Application services, print services, domain controllers and networking components. All these services are handled by each site individually. The project goal is to have these services centralized into four worldwide Wipro datacenters.

Four projects: • San Server Virtualization: Virtualize (about hundred) Wintel- and AIX-servers. • License Management: Implement License Management by using Enterprise Compliance Manager (ECM) from ManageSoft. • KPN Mobile: Extend the internal coverage of GSM and UMTS-signals via KPN-indoor-solutions and arrange reporting of all mobile communication. • Secure FTP: Implement a secure environment to exchange financial data.

Working as an ICT Consultant, database administrator and system engineer for several projects and assignments in The Netherlands and international as well (France, Poland, US, Germany). These assignments and projects include SAP-basis installations, database and application migrations, service level management, creating new reporting overviews, infrastructure advice.
