- Manage and lead the General Ledger, Asset Accounting, and Revenue Accounting team - Drive business transformation initiatives within the KION Group - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliance with local and global legal and financial requirements - Oversee testing phases - Data Object Owner for GL Accounts, GL Balances, and GL Open Items and led data preparation and validation during migration - Continue responsibilities from the previous role, with expanded focus on team coordination

Involvement in Business Transformation: • Definition of the new chart of accounts • Primary assignment for General Ledger • Data Object Owner of 3 objects: GL Accounts, GL Balances, GL Open Items Previous duties: • Global key user in SAP R/3 and first contact person for the FI and CO processes • Ensuring the implementation of new requirements together with the local key users and IT • Responsibility for the maintenance and development of SAP S/4 Hana data structures • Participation in global projects

- Support of the group companies in monthly financial statements, IFRS reporting, forecasting and planning - Assisting group companies in all finance related issues - Conducting business analyses and performance reviews - Preparation of reports and qualitative analysis to present risks for the Executive Board and the Regional Directors

- Shared responsibility in monthly FI & CO closing and reporting process - Performing regular and ad-hoc analysis for management - Participating in the production of forecasts, budgets and audits - Developing and implementing solutions in order to improve processes in use

- Support to the end-user in the following areas of SAP R/3: FI, CO, AA, BW/BO - Report of incidents in IVANTI ticket-tool - Perform UAT testing and support the rollouts and releases of new improvements or legal requirements - Collaborating with global key users and IT

- Performing and recording all activity related to accounts payables from verification to posting - Fixed assets management (including asset approvals, capitalization, transfers and disposals, analyze AUC assets, perform month-end closing steps) - Performing the monthly tax declaration and statistical report - Processing of payment transactions (including bank and pity cash)

- General assistance with day-to-day tasks and month-end procedures - Supporting AP team including reviewing invoices - Raising and posting intercompany invoices

- Participate in preparing of AP invoices for posting - Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents - Provide requested documents for internal and external parties for financial information and analysis
