Management of Business Controlling Department. Proudly responsible for leading nine highly educated and motivated business controllers. Presenting reports and analysis to the management team (CEO, CFO, COO etc.) Make and distribute reports concerning Profit/Loss locally and to the HQ in Germany. Setting up, validating or improve standard operating procedures (SOP) within or between departments. Master HR disciplines: Motivation, Recruiting, job advertising, training, presentations etc.

Responsible for controlling Danfoss sales companies in Southern and Eastern Europe. Business support: Adviced for accounting purposes across divisions and product lines. Serves as financial responsible for two product lines (FHH/HRV) with business controlling and monthly monitoring of performance of sales companies. R&D: Maintain the continuous financial overview of the division's R&D activities across business units and geography (Denmark, China and England).

 Responsible for daily operational procedures and processes were handled properly and in time by the store's 110 employees, with a particular focus on the store's 18 managers. Had direct staff responsibility for eight employees.  Responsible for the monthly and semi-annual feedback to the divisional management as well as budgeting.  DiSC (Discovery) tested applicants and conducted interviews. 

Strategy and concept development: My job as a business analyst was to propose the strategy and concept development towards management on how to improve and streamline internal processes and procedures, including:  Construction of an automated system for overview of agreed rebates to customers. Structuring of customer data base and clean up. Routing of 700 sales people. Created a system to collect and spread information on key account info relevant across departments.
