Responsible for all Indirect Purchasing activities for the SKF Industrial plants and the service building. Also responsible for Indirect Warehouse planning. Total employees in the Area: 9 employees.

TRAXA S.A. is the result of a new business that I started with some friends. This company's main business is to provide argentine companies of foreign goods for their production lines. TRAXA imports any kind of industrial goods necessary for the business. Here I am responsible for all supply chain (Purchasing, Foreign Trade, Warehouse and Distribution) for all import products that are then sold to clients.

Tracking and follow up of parts modifications / projects implementations / project changes. Quotations of technical changes of productive parts. Purchasing representative in the changes Committee. Follow up, tracking and implementation of changes.

Resident and representative for all Purchasing VW Argentina projects, especially responsible for the new Robust Pick Up project (RPU, a car to be produced in Argentina). Tasks: -To supervise the international bidding processes held in VW Germany. -Work together with Purchasing VW Germany and VW Argentina to solve daily problems. -Development of strategic contacts between VW Purchasing leaders and strategic suppliers. -Presentations of VW Argentina’s bidding processes to Global Commitee.

Tasks: -Economic and technical analysis of the received offers. -Coordination of activities between the purchasing departments of Brasil, Germany and Argentina. -Purchasing representative for a new car project (Suran model to be produced entirely in Argentina). -Responsible for all bidding processes for a project of gearboxes (VW – Córdoba plant). This task was done in another city (Córdoba, Argentina) for a short period of time. -Scholarship from VW for postdegree studies in management.

Responsible for MRO purchasing Commodity. Economic and technical analysis of the received offers and pre-selection of the best supplier inside the bidding process.
