Project Engineer of a Trouble Ticketing system development project (which has full compliance with the OSS/J standard) for a global telecom company (Vodafone) in a high volume, availability, scalability, clustering, and performance system/application environment. Main responsibilities: development, support engineer at the client’s headquarters and test manager between the involved international companies.

Fully responsible for the development of an integration project between two Trouble Ticketing systems in a major Portuguese bank branch in Spain.
