Ilona Leppänen

I worked in the Molecular Nanoengineering group at Aalto University as research assistant and Master's thesis worker. The topic of my Master's thesis was: Stimuli responsive DNA-based enzyme cascade. It is related to DNA Nanotechnology, which is a growing research field. My key responsibilities included handling an independent experimental project, documentation an presentation of results and testing and developing new laboratory protocols.

I worked for the summer as a trainee in the process control team. My key responsibilities included process control and production support. Our team was also part of a project related to a quality problem in the process of a product. I took part in planning experimental setups and executing them as well as analysing the results.

I worked at Lindex as a Sales Professional. My key responsibilities included customer service, sales and logistics.

I worked as a process operator in the manufacturing with cleanroom classification. I was part of the metallization unit of the manufacturing.
