Designed and implemented key processes and IT solutions at 125 DHQ/THQ Hospitals Queue Management System, Public Address System CCTV, LAN/WAN, Video Conference System, Biometric Systems, and internet connectivity in the region. Established tier-iii data center, supervised projects, SLA, contracts, vendor negotiation, RFP drafted, bid proposals, and conducted inspection of procured IT equipment’s.

Assessed existing network for system admin purposes and deployed industry standard to secure Anti-Virus Systems with up-to-date signatures. Appointed new applications, proposed changes in applications, and established needs of users and monitoring/controlling user access permissions and security privileges. Headed training and development activities of end-users in making valuable business computer users regarding IT Security and healthy computing and HSEQ.

IT/Program training for enterprise staff members and end user, led over (CMIS) Clinical Management Information System 700+ clinics and devised (HMIS) Hospital Management Information System at 11 Hospitals, recognize future implementation of HMIS, CMIS, ERP system solutions. Nationwide call center, and presented users support 24x7 operation, while replacing latest infrastructure for smooth and efficient business process high growth, trainings and support to 500+ users and 13 remote offices support.
