Responsible for coordinating the global procurement strategy for casting commodities and maintaining a sustainable strategic supplier relationship.

Local contact for steel tower procurement (2016 - 2017) and mechanic & casting components (from August 2017) from China comprising task including market research, supplier selection and supplier qualifications. On site production progress tracking to ensure on time tower order fulfilment.

Support establishment of new Shanghai Office and continued supporting the project management organisation for the Supply Chain in China. Providing internal trainings and support supply chain quality members in supplier audits, potential analysis (VDA 6.3) and negotiation of quality assurance agreements.

Managed projects in Marketing & Sales , Service and took over responsibility as PMO for Supply Chain Asia from 2014. Projects included developing a calculation tool for comparing lifecycle costs of domestic and foreign OEMs' wind turbines; pricing and negotiating a maintenance contract for a 3 year extension; support the service team in launching and managing an asset management software system for all wind turbine service (maintenance & troubleshooting) activities

Primary responsibilities include long term liquidity planning and developing a supplier credit rating for key suppliers in China.
