- Timely and accurate fulfillment of orders to meet business demands - Responsible for the entire order cycle: Order entry, PO processing, order fulfillment, invoice to cash, financial claims, physical claims - Expediting, follow up on late orders and monitor delivery performance taking corrective action as needed - Resolve accounting discrepancies and process partner returns/rejections - Monitor orders and interact with logistics, sales representatives, supply chain & factory in order

- Gather all necessary information about the customer - Determine customer’s HP account status - Build and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships - Follow predefined structured decision processes to identify risks - Process improvement – communicate across multiple business partners (Telesales. Post sales, Collection, Finance) to resolve issues - Prepare and develop reports using the existing tools
