Metaio is the powerhouse of augmented reality. It helps businesses and developers world-wide create augmented reality experiences that people love. As a mobile developer at Metaio, I develop augmented reality apps for iOS and Android platforms. I have developed internal projects (e.g. iOS functionalities Framework for Metaio's employees) and released apps for clients. There projects require the Metaio SDK, the most comprehensive solution to create augmented reality applications for iOS and Android devices.

HoneyTracks is a fast growing start-up in game analytics, located in Munich. I was involved in all aspects of the development process of the mobile application: research of the most appropriated cross-platform development tool, prototype and design the application, implementation, test, document and deliver the results. I used Appcelerator for supporting both platforms and reduce the development and maintenance time. The application communicates with the company’s server through REST API calls.

As a working student at Metaio, I developed augmented reality apps for iOS and Android platforms that required the Metaio SDK, the most comprehensive solution to create augmented reality applications for iOS and Android devices.

Was enrolled in the Advanced Android Lab at TUM. In collaboration with BMW, I developed an Android app for the BMW drivers. The solution is supposed to help drivers find easily a parking place, close to their destination address. The prototype is composed of two Android applications that store and retrieve data from a database through the functionality of a web service I implemented. I have used the OpenCV library for real-time image processing, and Open Street Maps for navigation.

Team leader of a research project, “Evaluation of HTML Development Framework for interactive system simulations”. We developed a prototype in HTML5 and JavaScript for implementing the existing products of the department, such that they are now accessible on iPads and touch screen devices as well. Previously the products were developed in Adobe Flex and ActionScript. The goal was to help sales people and consultants to present clients the demos of the SAP’s products using iPads or Touch Screen Monitors.

Software engineering, computer graphics Master Thesis: “Secure cloud storage for Mobile Security Cards on Android platform”(G&D SFS GmbH). I developed an Android prototype for uploading data in a secure manner to a cloud service(extra layer of security – encrypting/decrypting the data in hardware).

Software engineering, algorithms,data structures Bachelor Thesis:“Image processing on smartphones and cryptographic solutions for ensuring the authenticity of digital images”.Developed a C# app (Windows mobile) for image processing and a steganography module for hiding digital signatures in images.
