Member of the Plant Status Management (PSM) team, with responsibility to coordinate release of Work Orders and execution/validation of Nuclear Test Manuals (NTM). Planning of Permit to Work (PTW) daily activities (Work Orders and Nuclear Testing Manuals), establishing priorities considering connection between systems, Plant Master Schedule and Management decisions. Organizing and presenting daily PTW department meeting, for coordination and closure of tasks;

• Developing of project schedule with activities, duration and logic relationships. • Cost and schedule monitoring and control, performing of randomly inspection and measurements on site, approving payment requests for subcontractors and suppliers. • Providing weekly and monthly reports, KPI’s and risk assessments regarding site activities.

Oversee all project activities to ensure that the project is completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with engineering design. Managing all financial aspects of contract including contract negotiations, procurement invoicing and claims. Approving all contractual payments. Assuring contractual correspondence and attending to all project meetings.

Review of contractual quantities to find discrepancies between project and BoQ. Preparing of Interim Payment Certificates, Variation Orders, and all reports / KPI’s requested by employer. Approving of Contractor’s payment applications, reports, work programs, cash-flows, quality documents and tax exemption letters (international contract with materials from EU). Checking and approval of Contractor change requests, developing and implementing Variation Orders necessary for project value modification.

Sending monthly reports to consulting company and providing all necessary reports and KPI’s for Management.

Ordering necessary materials and equipment. Keeping strict inventory of company assets. Preparing quality documents, calculating performance indices, reporting quantities executed and status of construction.

CIVIL ENGINEER (English class) – Technical University Gh. Asachi, Iasi Romania (State university). • English language class. All courses, teaching, learning and exams were held in English language). • Long term, normal courses (5 years), between 10.2002 – 07.2007.
