- Management of the raw material planning and customs&logistics operations - Deliver regular reports on performance against purchasing targets of the department - Leading the purchasing team for account management of the suppliers, performing the market research and cost planning - Purchase of the new investment for the existing production facilities - Implementing strategies, principles to drive quality, delivery and cost performance

-Account Management of all foreign suppliers, monitoring the overall process and maintaining the communication and relationship with the suppliers,-Participate in the Project Team to provide an on time procurement via co-operation with the Sales and Engineering departments.-Performing the Cost Planning and making Negotiation/Re-Negotiation on the commercial terms based on the subject plan, -Performing Market Research and benchmarking activities to find new suppliers with better commercial deals,new tech.

- Management of customer orders received by EDI system, evaluation of the orders in terms of supply chain parameters (capacity, lead time, safety stocks etc) - Logistical Account Management of customers (Renault-Dacia, VW, Tier Is) - Organasing the trasportation and export procedures - Continious Monitoring of the run out parts in order to avoid deadstocks in Teklas

- Implementing and co-ordinating purchasing activities (order placement, logistics organisation, customs procedures) - Ensuring the appropriate supply of the materials in a good condition - Planning the transportation process in order minimize the transportation cost, - Performing Cost Accounting for each import activity/file, - Managing the procedural activities in terms of new investments such as opening letter of credit etc, - Operational support to the export department whenever required.

- Documentation of customs papers and maintaining the correspondence with customers in daily routines.
