- Establish and retain a good customer relationship - Competent advice/guidance of customers regarding SDKs (Software Development Toolkit) products by phone, email and web meetings - Together with the European team create and conduct upgrade promotions introducing the latest version of available technologies - Identify possibilities for cost reduction during order processing and suggest appropriate solutions

- Recruiting French Physicians according to weekly, monthly and quarterly targets - Interviewing French Physicians about their prescription habits over the phone or via Internet - Following up long term and short term studies, checking the numbers of doctors who reported on the Internet/ reminding them to do it - Answering to the doctor's questions regarding the questionnaire, the payment or any other question - Working as a team, making sure that the targets are reached

- Processing purchase orders (Word, Excel) according to estimates and contracts - Controlling, validating and archiving invoices - Preparing payment process in relation with the accounting department twice a month - Negotiating and communicating with suppliers, the accounting department and projects managers

- Controlling home video supplies stocks levels under the SAP sytem (6.0 version) - Checking forecasts and targets - Analysing estimates and negotiating with suppliers - Processing purchase orders on the SAP system - Following up deliveries - Testing and evaluating prototypes
