- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation for MEP systems - Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality - Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities - Allocate work load and supervise upkeep staff - Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary - Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance - Manage relationships with contractors and service providers

- Coordinate the HVAC Commissioning process in high rise buildings - Establish Preventive Maintenance Works for HVAC systems - Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi‐yearly and yearly maintenance program (schedule) for mechanical systems. - Participate in mechanical maintenance works. (HVAC‐ Pumps, pipes, motors, valves, fans, heat exchangers, filters, expansion tanks, compressors, chillers, air handling units an etc.) -Monitor & Control Building Management System (BMS – Automation)
