Zalando SEAs Senior Project Manager, I supported the SVP Convenience in strategic planning, organization and commercial steering of the organization. My tasks included: (a) supporting the day-to-day business of SVP Convenience, (b) leading commercial and organizational projects, (b) developing and driving strategic formats (e.g. business reviews, OKRs), and (d) driving analysis and reports for commercial purposes.
As Senior Analytics Manager in the Organizational Effectiveness team, I significantly supported the ramp up of the People Analytics function at Zalando. In addition, I drove several projects and analysis dealing with people insights (e.g. cost per hire or quality of hire).
