As Strategic Projects Lead in the Customer Fulfillment/ Logistics team, I actively lead and drive commercial as well as organizational projects with the aim to enable the Logistics organization to deliver on our strategy. In this role, I work closely with the Senior Management of Zalando and report directly to our VP Logistics.

As Senior Project Manager, I supported the SVP Convenience in strategic planning, organization and commercial steering of the organization. My tasks included: (a) supporting the day-to-day business of SVP Convenience, (b) leading commercial and organizational projects, (b) developing and driving strategic formats (e.g. business reviews, OKRs), and (d) driving analysis and reports for commercial purposes.

As Senior Analytics Manager in the Organizational Effectiveness team, I significantly supported the ramp up of the People Analytics function at Zalando. In addition, I drove several projects and analysis dealing with people insights (e.g. cost per hire or quality of hire).

As Recruiting Lead Strategy & Recruiting, I was responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for all strategic and analytical roles across the Zalando organization, including the executive recruitment for top and senior management positions. In this role, I was leading a team of 14 recruiting and talent sourcing specialists, coordinators and interns.

As HR Intern and Working Student at Rocket Internet, I supported the end-to-end recruitment process for the business function Technology with specific focus on talent sourcing/ active search for high impact profiles and closely collaborated with the leadership team, peers, hiring managers and diverse interviewers.
