Verantwortlich für den Bereich IT Infrastruktur aufgeteilt in drei Bereiche - Server/Storage/Virtualisierung, Netzwerk Infrastruktur und Services sowie Client Management inkl. Managed Windows / MacOS / Linux Client / Mobile Devices und VoIP Services. Zuständig für ca. 50 Mitarbeiter sowie entsprechende Budget-/Kostenstellenverantwortung.

Verantwortlich für den Bereich IT Infrastruktur aufgeteilt in drei Bereiche - Server/Storage/Virtualisierung, Netzwerk Infrastruktur und Services sowie Client Management inkl. Managed Windows / MacOS / Linux Client / Mobile Devices und VoIP Services.

Verantwortlich für die Teams Systems Management (Softwareverteilung / Antivirus / Einkauf / Ticketsystem) und Interne Infrastruktur (Server / Storage / Virtualisierung).

Admininstration der folgenden Systeme: Softwareverteilung (Empirum by Matrix42), Ticketsystem / Assetverwaltung (Service Store by Matrix42), Intranetverwaltung (Confluence), Google Apps, Active Directory / DHCP / DNS, Virtualisierung (Citrix XenServer)

IT-Betreuung eines Callcenters; Administration von Windows Clients, Administration der Callcenter-Applikation (Benutzerkonten, Skilling, ...), Betreuung des Callcenter Helpdesk, Hardware- & Softwarebestellung
