I have 25+ years’ experience as an IT professional of which 16 years were spent on implementing an ERP solution called Oracle Retail across the Fashion and electronics sector at large retailers. Whilst implementing both ERP and PLM solutions across multi-tier companies, I managed to gain experience on different aspects of IT Architecture across said companies and can put that experience into practice speaking to different levels of the organization. My current role is that of Technical Team Manager at Centric, doubling as a Technical Project Manager, leading a group of highly motivated individuals in Germany, Netherlands, Turkey and Russia. The general theme throughout my career is to support companies in achieving their Digital transformation goals from an IT perspective. I also have a strong belief that you cannot manage what you don’t know and put that into practice by being involved in day-to-day delivery of projects as well.

My current role is that of Technical Team Manager at Centric, doubling as a Technical Project Manager, leading a group of highly motivated individuals in Germany, Netherlands, Turkey and Russia. The goal is to support the services team in deploying the Centric PLM solution for both hosted and on-premise customers.
Before Centric PLM, I joined Oracle in 2007 where my role was that of Technical Architect having the responsibility of working with different clients across different sectors guiding them through the changes that are required for the implementation of an ERP solution. The IT departments between companies vary in maturity and I worked closely with different levels of the organization to achieve the common goal of successful implementation.

Technical team lead for Oracle Retail implementation on ORMS 10.1.9. My responsibilities were to define processes for data conversion, code migration for working with off-site partners. Lead a core team of 10 technical skilled resources through various go-lives as the implementation was a phased approach. Throughout I had strong business interaction on service delivery, which included a huge number of customization.
