Main focus on KPI´s related to the costs like a penalties, scrap, sorting activities. Creation of working interface between Quality department and new business production units. Leading the priorities by facts & data, development of the department towards to the full autonomy.

Stabilization of the SCM department, re-inforcement of the hiring process, Application of the new working routines following by the HC rationalization, implementation of the Specific Customer Requirements, sales increase, coaching of the team to become independent.

Hierarchically reporting to European Quality Director. Customer perimeters are BMWand Audi. The project objectives are linked to the customer de-escalation and support on the new acquisitions. The role is mostly linked with coaching and developing the staff to secure Total Customer Satisfaction.

On Interim Plant Manager level hierarchically reporting to Group EMEA Director. Customer perimeter are automotive (Mercedes, BMW, VW Group…) as a non-automotive (Atlas Copco, Bosch, Siemens) clients. The project objectives are linked to the company challenges after switch of ERP system and following planning, production and deliveres interruption. In charge of every stage of an organization’s supply chain, from purchasing raw materials,planning, production to customer. Main focus to the Order Management

Transformation from a small family company to a medium-sized one. Prepare the company strategy & realization of the double-sizing in 2022. Increase of the sales by managing the teams to increase productivity, set-up hiring processes, keep state-of-the-art equipment, management routines, analyze & renew the supply chain, implementation of the monthly P&L, corporate identity

Responsibility for autonomous production unit in perimeter of deliveries, costs, productivity, customer satisfaction, employees stability. Drive improvements in production, ensure healthy & safe working environment.

Leading by example in terms of rigor and discipline, assure daily management and development of subordinates, coach to solve problems, ensure discipline and rigor, ensure the respect of safety instructions, policies and procedures, define staffing needs, participate at selection and recruitment of staff, manage annual performance interviews for all direct reports, plan development of the people, define training plan, budget planning, headcount.

Determining, negotiating and agreeing in-house quality procedures in two production sides in Germany. Standards and specifications, assuring specific customer requirements, setting customer service standards, checking quality requirements of materials with suppliers, working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, management & customer reports.

Variouse production quality positions at Bosch and Continental
