After over 2 years experience in the London property market, I decided to further my skill sets within real estate and studied towards a RICS accredited Masters degree. I completed 10 respective modules, an investment field trip to Helsinki and a thesis on re-assessing reisk and opportunities in emerging markets, prior to the global credit crisis.

Working closely with a variety of buyers and sellers seeking to take advantage of the (then) buoyant Central London Property Market, dealing with Notting Hill, Kensington and Bayswater in the mid prices region up to £800,000. Daily communication with solicitors, financial advisors and surveyors, making sure all aspects of the deal file were moving in the same direction. Qualifying prospective buyers, and advising on current market position and trends.

The role entailed meeting with prospective clients to present the company brand, discuss market conditions and give a true valuation of their property. I developed further management skills in presentation of the company brand, as well as team leadership and motivation of between 12-14 consultants on a daily basis, while also helping in the training and development of new employees.
