Gained experience with photovoltaic industry (Si wafering), automotive industry, ceramics, refractories, abrasives, metallurgical industry

Developed the R&D department from scratch to an international recognized team. Project accountable for the development of the microsilica based product line SIDISTAR®, a new product to new markets development from laboratory to full scale plant realisation; estimated market potential >20 mill Euro. Gained experience with polymers, papers, coatings, well drilling products, concrete and fibre cement industry

Co-ordinator for all project activities on further development of Søderberg electrode paste which is one out of 3 of Elkem Carbon’s most important products

Thesis: “Investigation on the softening of pitch and pitch/filler mixtures”.
