    I am developing a navigation framework on an Nvidia Jetson board for the Unitree G1 humanoid using ROS 2 Nav2. The system integrates the MID-360 LiDAR for real-time mapping, localisation, and autonomous movement. A robust SLAM Toolbox pipeline ensures accurate navigation between locations, while RViz visualisation validates the generated 2D occupancy grid maps in real time.

    I supported the Humanoid AI team integrating robotic systems into Schaeffler’s production environment. I designed and 3D-printed a custom hand mounter for the external Inspire Hand used on the Unitree G1 humanoid. I developed basic navigation for the G1, optimised an Igus 3-axis gantry for gear handling, automated UR EOL packing, integrated a Dobot MG400 for pick-and-place, and modelled custom grippers to enhance performance.

    FAPS(Factory automation and production system)

    I researched robotic handling and assembly of flexible components, summarising insights to guide future OEM automation strategies. I simulated and executed offline programming (OLP) for a complex automotive assembly path using Siemens Process Simulate. I optimised path planning to prevent collisions during tool changes, gripping, and fitting. Additionally, I performed a wire harness simulation with IPS Cable Simulation to validate fit and motion clearance.
