Demonstrating the state of research in the area of handling Robot assembly components in Siemens NX. • Simulate and Program a path of robot assembly of automotive industry for plugin process of center console in Siemens(PLM) Process simulate software. • Avoid Collision while performing a different robotic operations such as gripping plugs, changing tools, etc. Find best optimastics robot path based on the simulations outcomes. • Simulation of wire harness of same robot assembly in IPS cable simulation.

Demonstrated expertise in 2D drawing. Gained knowledge in 3d modeling, part assembly, weld meats, and Mold tools using Solid-works, contributing to the designing of mold for new cast parts. • Acquired basic knowledge in Engineering Analysis, Mold Flow Analysis, and basic Finite Element Analysis for Plastic, composite, rubber, metal parts, and assemblies using the same software.

Collaborated with a cross-functional team to conduct comprehensive quality checking of Textile parts using Textile instruments. Hands-on techniques, including lathe, VMC, drilling, and gas welding, resulted in a reduction in defects and improved product reliability. • Gained expertise in specialized software for mechanical 2D drawing using Solidworks.Acquired basic knowledge in supply chain and production management aspects such as Kanban, 5S, 3M, Value stream.
