Review process and ensure compliance to Legal, Safe & Secure processes & operational routines. Procurement of the stock for the store from authorized vendors. Responsible for Stock management, quarterly stock audit, ensure all delivery invoices are accepted and posted correctly, raise query for any discrepancies so as suppliers are paid on time. Authorizing weekly Time Sheets, Recruiting and Training of new employee and handling customer complaints.

Responsible to maintain office administration in line with Company policy including the correct and proper use of the Duty Managers Log Book, delivery note entries & adhering to licensing, Data protection, Health and Safety, COSHH(Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) and other legislation all times. Accountable for Checking Product Availability, Placing Purchase Order, product delivery and stock management including checking, counting, storage, reconciliation and loss investigation.

Report to Food and Beverage Manager and co-ordinate with him for payroll for department, budgeting and ordering, stock takes, invoice processing, credit notes, month end procedures. Responsible for Stock Management (Check Stock Availability, Place Purchase Orders, Check deliveries, Investigate any discrepancies, Monthly Stock audits)
