As partner and member of the blue-infinity management committee, my role is to develop activities on the Swiss German and German markets. Based in Basel, I am in charge of the region to promote our key abilities in digital transformation.

The PMI Switzerland Chapter is the swiss representation of the Project Management Institute and connects 1,500 members, As Chapter Vice-President, my role implies to: - Participate in the efforts and initiatives of the Chapter's Board of Directors. - Drive the Chapter's strategy to foster its position as the leading Project Management Professional Association in Switzerland. -Ensure the Chapter delivers positive Value to its members and to the local Project Management community at-large.

My responsibilities are to ensure continuity in IPS ExpertEase operations and in business development

As IT and business consultant for large customers, I usually work as Project/Program manager to support these large companies on key IT projects for innovative transformations. I act as a bridge between business and IT communities to ensure all senior stakeholders are engaged and committed on achieving the critical business goals.

My passion and expertise for ITIL led me to teach students and transfer knowledge to potential future ITIL experts.

I was responsible for managing the development of applications. As technical analyst, I defined the architecture, tools and the technical design, in cooperation with the customer and the project manager. I had a role as PM assistant to support the PM in the analysis phase (User Requirements gathering), in the offer estimations, in the test organization and taking responsibility of the installations; I was also involved in all meetings, the customer relationship, and the trainings.
