These shows also require complex social media strategies which I design and implement myself.

News-gathering, interviewing contributors, self-shooting, editing and scripting news content for BBC East Midlands Today. I’ve secured breaking news tip offs which have also been picked up by network news channels.

Producing daily output for news and magazine programmes. This meant sourcing, shooting, scripting and editing packages and features, researching and booking guests, presenting and gallery roles during live output. I also produced the weekend news bulletins- choosing the news agenda, assigning reporters to jobs and scripting the programme. This required fast and efficient turnaround to tight deadlines, original thinking and technical ability.

Delivering up-to-date scripts and briefs and producing call sheets for live studio output. Assisting family, health, fashion and showbiz shoots, briefing high-profile guests and managing logistics. This role involved day, night and early shift patterns.
