I was the project leader/manager for setting up a website and organisation for computer sales we had our own developed e-commerce platform with PHP and MySQL as the database. We started the webshop reached around 1500 visitors each day after on-line advertertising. I also sourced all the components needed for the business. We delivered quite alot of computers preloaded with both Ubuntu Linux and Windows 7. We had more sites in the pipeline.

At first a telemarketing company B2B which was dropped after a few months, we had good contracts but got started with all technology in place 2 months before holiday season and there was no way to make it work without 2-3 months without any sales. And after making the VoiP and CRM system working the challenge was not to hot for me.

I started the the first regional ISP in 1995 we launched a e-commerce system in 1998 I built an invoicing system for us and sourced all hardware as we grew. We used Linux from the start. I made deal with a we internet cable provider and supplied Internet to their customers and was acting as both technical consultant for them and their sales contact. We signed deals with several schools for Internet with leased lines in Karlstad. I decided in 2000 to outsource our modem-pool with success.

I built this company from scratch working from home until we had around 500sqm of warehouse and office.In the PC assembly business in sweden we where ranked as in the top 15 companies. The organisation worked as a group until 1997 when grew quickly and we had to marked departaments with sales, warehouse, production etc. I was the main component sourcing person my weeks where 60-80 hours during this period which was ok. I did a commercials for the company and we did it all.

Developing a warehouse keeping system with a database system with it's own language and User interface. You built database and the interface for the users at the same time. Very awkward.
