Research, contacting and evaluation of potential suppliers in China. As a communicator between the company and their principal supplier Topway in Beijing to control the production and delivery process. Acting as an adviser to set up the quality control procedure, and training standard for the company’s outsourcing projects.

Assisted the Managing Director and the Business Development Manager to audit the company’s HR, Marketing, and Customer Supporting functions’ practices and strategies. Conducted customer satisfaction research on the company sales, project management and after-sales service practices, and research on employee motivation.

Processed sales transaction, responded to individual customer needs. Met and always exceeded sales target, and achieved weekly highest individual sales record. Received Employee of the Year Award 2006, for overall annual performance.

With my family’s medical background I worked as a volunteer in Fenyang hospital in the PR and Out-patients Department. Provide assistant to patient and guide them to appropriate departments. Assisted the Admissions office to provide patients queue management.
