VMware took over Pivotal Software Inc. and changes the way the world builds software through the new BU Tanzu. Combining delivery experience with modern cloud technology, the subscription-based business model, and a focus on renewals I help to build the Customer Success Management (CSM) group in EMEA. This group oversees customer journeys during the digital transformation using the latest cloud technology.

Besides acting as Engagement Director I took over the responsibility for the group of Engagement Directors in Europe. Under my leadership this group grew significantly and became an important part of Pivotal's success story. During this time, Pivotal went public successfully at the NYSE.

Pivotal unleashes the power of the Silicon Valley state of mind on companies with decades of industry know-how, combining traditional experience with industry-leading capabilities. As engagement director I was responsible for the delivery of software and services at large customer engagements and part of the Balanced Account Team. We delivered up-to-date delivery platforms, services and know-how on the most productive, agile approaches to develop, test and deploy software in a cloud native fashion.

Leveraging my experience in global delivery and testing services I lead Sogeti Germany's delivery in larger accounts with complex business models. As part of the Capgemini Group Sogeti supports customers to drive quality assurance and benefit from Sogeti's expertise in testing approaches and Capgemini's global delivery capabilities in near- and offshore.

Starting with Wipro Technologies as a project manager I supported customers in benefitting from the outsourcing and offshoring delivery models. Enabling global delivery at customers in energy & utilities, travel & tourism, pharmaceutical industry and telecommunications across the DACH region helped to leverage the cost arbitrage and availability of expertise in India. As program manager I managed large accounts with approx. 100 team members in a global delivery model.

At AMS Management Systems I worked as programmer analyst, technical architect, and project manager with a focus on the financial industry in Germany. We helped banks to manage their portfolio, credit, and address risk better with the use of technology, e.g. Monte-Carlo simulations and data warehouse analysis.
