Responsible for the control, support, review, documentation and test of the different processes included in the annual SOX 404 exercise required for Finance, Litigation and Fixed Assets. Monthly execution and report of the Revenue Recognition process established in the organization in accordance with the guidelines of the Security Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Sarbanes-Oxley law (SOX). Participation and analysis of the organizational Risk Assessment.

Transmission and analysis of the HQ required monthly reports resulted from the financial statements (Balance Sheet and P&L) in accordance to the US GAAP requirements. Consolidation of the entire organization Budget and review and analysis of monthly updates under due dates and parameters established by PMI in the GMRB system. Responsible of making and consolidation of the monthly report to Management with the entire information of the results from the immediately previous month.

Responsible for the company’s budget process and its financial reports tracking its accomplishment and correct allocation of the available resources. Monthly presentation to company’s directors and business managers of the financial results and explained variations versus original budget and new projections of expected year results. Coordinate the different areas of the company in their projections to correlate the different processes in the budget (sales, pricing, distribution and overheads)
