Working as Test-engineer at the customer site MBTech. Test implementation for Software testing in the area of the Automotive Networks (CAN/LIN/FlexRay). Design and perform several Test for the Motor ECU, CPC and Transmission ECU (Powertrain) for Hybrid Daimler cars. Check the requirements from Doors and Polarion and generate the Test reports. Software development in VB for the test automation (Provetech TA).

Designed and implemented systems for testing and measuring various types of sensors (PDC, SWA, CAN/LIN bus, Handsfree, etc.) for automotive customers (Audi, VW, Porsche, Bosch, etc.). Designed and tested electronic diagrams and mechanical drawings (CAD, Altium, Eplan, etc.). Programmed embedded C microcontrollers (with Eclipse). Developed Image Processing and communication with Cognex cameras (TCP/IP). Coordinated hardware/software departments for end-to-end project implementation.

Manufactured high-accuracy optical profilers based on interferometry and confocal techniques. Actively coordinated the assembly of electronic controllers and optical heads. Designed production and support database with PHP, Javascript and MySQL. Provided worldwide customer support in English, Spanish and Catalan in conjunction with other departments in the company. Contributed to address company’s server maintenance and general IT infrastructure needs.

Responsible for all server and network administration functions in the company. Coordinated maintenance of IT infrastructure including Windows and Lotus Notes servers, computer terminals and IT-based lab equipment. Implemented a user support system to minimise downtime and coordinated the implementation of the Data Protection Act company-wide. Developed various in-house applications with VB, PHP and MySQL programming tools.

Provided miscellaneous IT support services onsite at Almirall Prodesfarma, including user PC terminal maintenance, help desk support, hardware installation and maintenance of lab equipment. Assumed responsibility for the automatic server backup system.
