Accountable for about $500 million usd annual global budget. Supported coworkers from 7 different countries during purchasing sourcing process . Handling negotiations, commercial and technical activities with main 5 suppliers. Working together with cross-functional teams to define and execute strategies sourcing process to procure HVAC components. Identified and mitigated supplier issues: price increases, material shortfalls, parts not on contract, critical production capacity problems.

Achieved Multiple year Global Targets i.e. Business plan savings using and leading commercial initiatives. Benchmarking activities to develop target price settings and if necessary global sourcing execution. Lead sourcing packages with 6 different countries to secure pipeline sourcing in each region. Lead globally initiatives to solve supplier issues: Critical Capacity Constrains, crisis management, price increases.

Accountable for managing sourcing packages, identifying and resolving parts cost creep related to the technical components and supply chain items. Training in problem solving methodologies, VA/VE, Value Stream Mapping, Quality Systems, Manufacturing processes, Technical Specifications, Capacity Constraints, Inventory Management, etc. Manage scorecards, sourcing presentations, budget / business Plan reports.

Accountable for about 10 million usd annual controlling budget material for the foundry plant. Managed Material releases by doing settings in system, like transit time, minimum / maximum level quantity in warehouse, production rate. Responsible for several targets i.e. Control shipping for internal customers, lead time, material shelf life, material flow and FIFO ( First Input First Output).

Accountable for preventing, identifying and resolving supply chain issues related to purchased materials used in Foundry plant. Invested a year working at General Motors Toluca, implementing minimum and maximum inventory levels. Developed new strategy to manage inventory budget utilizing charts, scorecards, presentations and budget reports . Coordinated events with suppliers and carriers in order to provide support for quality and financial audits.
