1.Review of Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations, Subsidiary Schedules, Accruals and Estimates and relating journal entries. 2.Review and ensure compliance of accounting team with internal/external auditors sampling, testing requirements and queries. 3.Coordinate with team accountants, payroll process owners and financial analysts to close and solution escalations and outstanding account issues and/or queries related to owned accounts. 4.Prepare and report monthly scorecard to client management.

• Prepare monthly management reports to support Citi’s Institutional Client Group. Report package includes BU’s P&L, ROI and Residual Income calculations, Revenue/Expense trend and variance analysis and span of control. • Preparation and posting of financial/MIS adjustments using Citi’s reporting systems. e.g., liquidity premium calculation entries, revenue/expense swings on dept., division, geography, stock awards, options, accruals. • Prepares Risk adjusted asset product calculations and forex impact

•Monthly closing of books & preparation of Financial Statement & schedules. •Monthly revaluation of foreign currency denominated transactions •Inventory costing and reconciliations as it relates to COGS and Inventory. •Regular back up of accounting data. •Monthly reconciliation of outstanding invoices with Head office (Jakarta) •Coordinates with bank and customs broker for validation of incoming shipments, preparation of RGI’s and documents necessary to purchase foreign currency. •Bank reconciliation
