Leading the HR function of GFM and of the franchisees, acting as consultant of the latter to implement the directives of HR of GFM. Report to CEO.

HR Leadership of the Asian Business Development Office in Singapore (30 employees) and of the Malaysian Company (80 employees). In January 2015, the parent company decided to close 4 regional offices. Report to the GM of Asia Pacific and the director of HR in Lausanne.

Responsible for the opening of 2 new subsidiaries in Jakarta (50 empl.) And Kuala Lumpur (40 empl). Responsible for the launch of HR functions, as well as other back-office functions: legal, fiscal and IT. Report to the directors of each country and the international director of HR in HQ.

The first year I was engaged in business development. Starting 2006 gradually I took ownership of HR responsibilities as well as other back-office functions (legal financial, IT and tax). The Company rapidly grew to 160 employees. Markets: Transport and Traffic, Air Traffic Control and Civil Aviation Simulation. In 2009 a JV was created in Tianjin for the manufacture of radars (35 employees). Report to the director of China and the international HR director in HQ.
