I spearheaded the business expansion by identifying new markets to launch PAYBACK into. I was in charge of defining the go-to-market strategy and acquiring major global clients of focus industries such as grocery, fuel and drug stores. I directed the development of a new digital-only business model. Finally, I established a new business unit within the PAYBACK Group to extend the current service offering with a SaaS white-label loyalty platform, which I am responsible for in my current role.

Additional to other duties, I temporarily led the Mexican market. I was responsible for the business, the local team of 60+ employees and the PAYBACK program with 8 million active members and more than 80 partners. After a revival phase, the strategic business decision was taken to wind down the PAYBACK Mexico business. I successfully managed the wind down of the program and the underlying business within less than 1 year.
