I performed process audits for eBay Money Back Guarantee and Credits. I've been a temporary Subject Matter Expert for credit audits and german process audits : being the main point of contact for auditors and stakeholders, inform auditors about policy updates, ensure daily deadlines, performance of auditors knowledge. I was also attending compliance and calibration calls with the Customer Services Leadership and Policy Government to improve policy compliance and provide regular audit feedback.

A group of participants were under my responsibility for a month for a travel from Paris to Seattle, WA. I was the interpreter and interlocutor for the participants and the host-families in the case of a problem. The organization of the time-schedule and activities was one of my main tasks.

I integrated the team structure smoothly and got an excellent feedback from my teammates. My responsibilities were organizing several activities for children outside as well as inside, stimulating children’s language learning in playing.

I was in charge of welcoming a group of children and the animation during the holidays. My responsibilities were organizing several activities for them and stimulating children’s language learning (French and English). Finally, I was the interlocutor for the parents.

I dealt with clients and maintained a good relation with them thanks to my communication skills and my ability to juggle between 3 languages. Through this experience I proved my stress resistance and ability to work efficiently with consumers.
