As an analyst and team leader I was responsible for dealing with both local and international clients with regards to their real estate and hospitality projects. Work included feasibilities studies, detailed market studies, assessment of demand and supply, master plan review, assumption validation, financial modelling, cash flow analysis and development of business plans. Projects were situated in Abu Dhabi, GCC, Middle East & Africa.
