Main responsibility related to the GFEM – Global Finite Element Model of the eVTOL Aircrafts. Superelement creation using CMS techniques to envelop the detailed design into a reduction order model, which is then used for aircraft static, dynamic, landing and flutter evaluations. Model matching against ground vibration testing using modal assurance criteria and optimization techniques. Delivery of global aircraft loads into to the stress teams. Support on MBS, flutter and aeroservoelastic calculations.
Project Engineer at FEV Europe GmbH at the Vehicle and Chassis Integration department and responsible for Fatigue and Damage analysis of Vehicle subcomponents. Dynamic durability calculation of the exhaust line of motorcycles. Implementation of an improved procedure of dynamic stress calculation for frequency response results using FEMFAT Harmonic. Component durability under stochastic loads. Weld durability assessment. Full vehicle dynamic durability calculation under multi axial random loads.
Senior Powertrain FE-Analyses Engineer at MAN Truck and Bus (Euro Engineering AG subcontracted). Powertrain structural FE-Analyses, static non-linear with contact, thermal, modal, and dynamic. Time and frequency domain harmonic and transient dynamic analysis. Static and dynamic stress calculation for fatigue evaluation. Main development of a fatigue calculation procedure for diesel engine crankshafts using harmonic analysis.
