During my placement at DTGK, I was integrated into the Operations UC & Voice & Unify/Cisco team, focusing on advanced communication technologies for business clients. This strategic position allowed me to engage with enterprise-level Unified Communications, Voice solutions, and Cisco technologies. I contributed to the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of sophisticated communication systems, ensuring reliable and efficient solutions for a diverse range of corporate clients.

During my work-integrated bachelor's program at HTWK-Leipzig, I was employed by Deutsche Telekom AG, Europe's largest telecommunications company. This arrangement allowed me to combine rigorous academic studies with invaluable practical experience, developing a diverse skill set throughout. In my rotation through various departments, I gained comprehensive insights into the operations of a leading telecom provider while honing skills in time management, teamwork, and organizational efficiency.

Concurrently, as part of the RM team, I contributed to Germany's digital infrastructure advancement by designing and developing software that facilitated the evaluation of the fiber network expansion.
