CCU failure analysis, functional test, PLC test, circuit modification, report generating, instructions manually creation, test plan/flow creation, Testing and circuit diagram drawing with help of MS Visio and KiCAD, also used PCB CAM, oscilloscope, soldering station, microscope, frequency generator, vector box, Lauterbach to perform technical tasks

execute/implementation of test case, collect test results, make reports, camera set-up, analyze test automation. Flashing ECU via Lauterbach, ODIS for new dataset. Connect all the hardware as according to requirements like as Relay, Lauterbach, Vector Box, Debugger board, CANoe, ODIS, ECU, Camera, Robotic arms.

Work as a production quality analyst ,Its give me oral understanding about electronics manufacturing process as well failure of parts during whole process due to software and machine malfunctioning.

I worked as a PPM, my job profile was monitoring whole production process from raw material to finish goods like material purchasing, quantity control, material handling, goal set for upcoming time duration, demand generation as according to season or requirement, forcast production and distribution,etc.

As a PPE i generally responsible for production out put as well material/inventory management as well coordinate with several other departments like as QC, Storage, Purchase, Sales, R&D, Dispatch, Admin. Furthermore i have to communicate with supplier and product dealer to instant parts customisation.
