Development of a mini strategic environmental assessment ("Environmental Screening") based on the "Strategic Environmental Assessment of infrastructure plans of the Community of Castilla y León". ArcGIS (GIS) was used to quantify and qualify direct and indirect impacts. As an additional result, modifications to the infrastructure plans proposed by national entities were recommended
