Running a small, local charity as the only employee. I was responsible for distributing toys to members, making sure that they are in perfect working order and clean. I am also responsible to recruit volunteers to help with the work in the Toy Library, starting from cleaning to IT and Members for the Management Committee. I had to know about the law that comes with volunteer employment. Other duties included administration, purchasing, customer service, maintenance, networking, organising meetings/events.
