Responsible to establish, lead and motivate the Property Management department. Also involved in acquisition of new clients preparing offers and implementation. Developed a module for property management in the existing own developed CAFM system of the company. Working with the German departments together also on the company’s SAP system which was introduced and successfully implemented for one of the clients in Hungary.

Responsible for the hungarian commercial real estate portfolio generating € 12 million+ revenue. 5 assets, 90 000+ sqm GLA modern office stock in Budapest • managing agencies, property management companies, lawyers and book keepers, • keeping contact with the fund management department in house, • Involved in lease contract renewals, re-negotiations with existing tenants, • Restructuring, face lifting of assets where necessary with architects and/or marketing specialists, • Budgeting

Responsible for properties generating € 6.5 million p.a. revenue, 26.000 sqm GLA • Landlord representation • Contact with, subcontractors, authorities, banks, lawyers, letting agents • preparing and signing service agreements, controlling and supervising subcontractors • lease contracts renewals • service charge reconciliation and budgeting (both SC and capex items), • approval of incoming invoices, • periodical and ad-hoc reporting for the Landlord, • managing and controlling of in-house staff
