Lead of a crucial launch project for building hoeffner.de online shop: in-house production of product visuals for >12.000 products incl. strategy/budget, software adjustments & coordination of service providers. Supervised cross-department collaboration (30+ FTE) and execution within budget & ahead of schedule.

Economic responsibility for 6 retail stores (37+ FTE) incl. compliance with internal / statutory provisions. Attained all targets regarding revenue, inventory and staff costs and kept staff motivated and aligned with company procedures.

Coordinated administration of >30 sales representatives in charge of 247 retail stores. Interface for all operational matters between company HQ, executives, sales representatives & distribution centre.
