• Leading projects with focus on productivity and efficiency improvement in Area West & Central Europe • Driving Robotics Process Automation projects • Driving process alignment and standardization across the regions • Pushing for continuous improvement • Development and implementation of strategic initiatives • Conducting workshops about LEAN Management • Follow up on Whiteboard Meetings, Multi Skilled Employees, regular customer visits and further efficiency measures

• Steering the inventory management and procurement process for a commodity group consisting of 70 products • Optimizing the whole Supply Chain for this commodity group from purchasing, through to warehousing, to distribution • Coordination of good movement with suppliers and 3PL-provider • Analyzing processes in order to identify optimization possibilities, define improvement measures and follow up/ implement those

• Leading an Europe-wide rollout of an innovative web-based customer platform • Drive change management and digitalization • Conducting a roadshow to all branch offices in Germany to show case the platform to the local Management • Steering implementation projects of an order management system at key accounts • Developing customer solutions together with Key Account Management department
