I was responsible for R&D project leadership, technical negotiations, technical design approval, simulation and SDR tests (National Instruments PXI platform), OSS design and development with Agile Scrum methodology, inclusive sprints execution control, demo assessment, burndown charts control. I successfully managed risks in the project execution stage, played a key role in OSS integration project.

PS Core capacity and extension analysis, strategy planning (Cisco ASR5000 SGSN/MME, Cisco ASR5500 GGSN/SAE-GW/DPI, Cisco CRS CGNAT, ASR9000 PE routers, ASA5585, Cisco Prime, MUR), VoLTE implementation (Nokia IMS Core: P-CSCF, I-S-CSCF, Open BGW), B2B support – corporate APN`s and solutions, KPI`s tuning. Also I took an active part in CS Core capacity and extension analysis, maintenance with development works coordination (MSS, MGW, HLR\HSS, STP, DRA/DEA, Netact), virtualization based on Cisco UCS solution.

Projects: - EPC Cisco with internal PCEF deployment. MTS 4G network launched in time, caused significant traffic and gain growth. - LTE NSN Core network deployment. First trial 4G network. - PS Core swap project (Motorola to NSN). I performed a role of a common point of communication between 4 departments (Radio, Core, Transport, Lawful interception) with 100+ specialists. Built effective communications, organized a common operations plan on live MTS network. - Common LAC/RAC 2G/3G in Moscow region.

PS Core development (NSN SGSN DX200, GGSN Flexi ISN).VAS budget adoption. PS Core and VAS statistics analyzing. Network integration scheme design for corporate APN and FMC. Total year performance for last four years is A+ (exceeds company expectations). For two years enrolled in a program of knowledge transfer "High Pro".

VAS (SMSC, MMSC, WAP-GW, i-mode, RBT etc.) rollout and development. Construction supervision, design adaptation, general work coordination.

Ph.D. in telecommunications. Thesis Title: A combined cellular/wireless wideband access network based on mesh topology. Funded by JSFC "Sistema". Supervisor: Dr. Y. Gromakov
