Because I was often under own supervision, I not only achieved full control of my work pace but by doing so had one of the highest data input ratios in my department.

Besides that, by shadowing all job positions at the bank's retail branch, I improved my customer service skills.

My main responsibilities as a check-in officer and as a stewardess were to inspect and sell tickets as well as oversee passengers' safety by following the company's transport rules. Besides that, as expected from such a hectic work environment a lot of ad hoc tasks arose, such as handling customer inquiries e. g. in case of delays which I managed to complete while staying calm and fully focused. Thanks to these unexpected and sudden issues I improved my foreign language and communication skills.
